Who is Judge Michael Malihi?

Immediately after hearing that Georgia Judge Michael Malihi ruled against the Plaintiffs in the case regarding Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 presidential ballot, and hearing that Malihi was a Muslim Iranian, I decided to find out all I could about him.  Is his ancestry really Iranian?  Is his faith really Muslim?  And did either of these things, if true, play a role in his decision to side with Obama in the Georgia eligibility hearing?

I set out to find all the details I could.  What I found was precious little.

Judge Michael MalihiJudge Malihi is the Deputy Chief Judge for the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings.  He was appointed Judge in 1995.  If you go to the official website for his office, what you don’t find may be more interesting than what you do find.  On the OSAH  website there is a page which lists bios for all the judges, including Malihi.  I clicked on Malihi and all that was listed for him was this:

That’s it!  If you click on the links for all the other judges listed, you will find a brief bio telling of where the particular judge was born, where they went to school, etc.  But for Malihi?  Nada! Zip!  Niente!  Bupkis!  Nothing!

I decided to look at other websites for other state or federal judges to see if its common practice to have absolutely no information listed in their bios.

The Federal Judiciary Center has a massive list.

The directory includes the biographies of presidentially-appointed judges who have served since 1789 on the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court of the United States,  the former U.S. Circuit Courts, and the federal judiciary’s courts of special jurisdiction.

I examined a sampling of about 50 judges listed on this site and they all had bios which contained at least when and where they were born, when they died if applicable, where they went to school, where they practiced – their career path.

At the official Supreme Court site, bios of all judges were listed.

I looked up judges in various states, in a variety of different roles and guess what?  Out of the approximately 15 different sites I visited for different states, bios were present for all judges!  I looked up Circuit Court judges, Appellate judges, Superior Court judges, and more.  They ALL had bios listed.

Nothing on Judge Michael Malihi.

Isn’t that interesting?   So I ran searches on several search engines on his name.  Was I able to find out much more?

On Google, all I found was essentially what has already been posted on this blog, and others regarding his recent ruling in favor of Obama and his eligibility to be on the 2012 Presidential ballot in GA.

I got pretty much the same, which is next to nothing, on Yahoo, Bing, Dogpile, Ask, Alltheweb, Mamma, Excite, Alta Vista, and a variety of others. Honestly, I got tired of looking because they all contained the same data.  For a judge that has been in his position since 1995, doesn’t it seem odd that he has next to no information out there about him?

I wasn’t willing to pay to get more detailed info on him, but it’s not out of the question for a later time.

I noticed that Intelius offered an alternate spelling of his name.  I decided to look into the name Molihi.  Pretty much everything led back to the name Malihi.   I will look more into that later as time permits.  I also noticed that listed as locations where he lived is Connecticut.  Wasn’t that where the social security number was issued that Obama is using, or has used?  Wonder if that’s got any legs?

I decided to see if there were any archived versions of his official bio page using Wayback Machine.  Its only shows that it has been crawled once by Wayback back in May of 2010.  It shows the same information that his bio page shows today.  He has been in his position since 1995, yet he is the only one without a full bio?  I used a few other similar cache search engines and found the same thing.  Nothing.  I tried Google cache, Yahoo cache.  Still nothing different from the bio page you see linked above.  My goal was to see if perhaps there was a bio up at one time, but recently changed.  It appears, as far as I can see, this is not the case.  He never offered a full bio.

This leaves me scratching my head.  I wasn’t able to answer any of my questions.  Why?  Why can we find even less info on him than we can on Obama?  Birds of a feather?  Who knows.  Anyone who can lead me to more information about this man please offer it in the comments below.  Until then, Judge Michael Malihi remains a mystery.

    Screw the lawyers who went to college and passed their bar exams… should I ever need a lawyer, I’m calling you asap. Very interesting article to say-the-least. I always wonder, when a ruling comes down like this one in favor of Obama, do the plaintiffs lawyers scramble to look into the background of Judge Malihi??? What say you??? Also, I had heard there were six other states following the lead of Georgia… surely the Obama administration can not have judges in every state which would appeal such cases in his favor.

    • LOL! Well thanks. I did go to college, but not for law. I also wonder if the plaintiff’s lawyers are looking into Malihi’s background. Its a number of people’s comments that lead others and then myself to suspecting that Malihi is a Muslim Iranian. So its no doubt an issue on their mind.

      There are a number of other states looking into the eligibility issue as well. If Malihi was somehow persuaded, I venture to say that others could be too. There doesn’t seem to be a wealth of courage out there in our judicial system does there. Scares me.

            • if he did go to the schools you listed and if they are Catholic schools it doesn’t matter. You can still go to those schools and not have to be Catholic. You may have to go through the motions of a Catholic school but you don’t have to be Catholic.

      • GOP candidate John Dummett has his Dummett’s Dictum lawsuits, filed back in Oct, in AZ, NH, TN and D.C., in which the defendants are the DNC/Pelosi/Reid/Wasserman, which demands they PROVE their candidate is Constitutionally eligible or they cannot place him/her on the ballot. Dummett’s Dictum’s are different from the ballot challenges; apples and oranges. These are all in default and a hearing for a default judgement has been filed in TN for Feb 24 at 9 a.m. Let’s see what the judge will do with these. Dummett’s Dictum’s attack the responsible parties; not Obama. Indirectly keeping Obama off the ballot, and these defendants cannot claim executive privilege to wiggle out. They have to come up with documents proving Obama is a natural born citizen. How can they do that when Obama, by virtue of his father and his own admission, was born a British Citizen? By virtue of his mother, he was born a dual citizen. Neither of those is acceptable according to the Founders; NO TIES TO OTHER COUNTRIES! Natural born is required for but ONE office; POTUS. Then, the 12th amendment says, if you are not eligible for POTUS, you are not eligible for VP!!

          • Aren’t Taitz and the other attorneys guilty of some sort of malpractice for not taking the default judgement? It seems to me like they put their own interests ahead of their clients’ by insisting on arguing a case that had already been won by 0bama’s failure to appear and because of that, their clients lost.
            If it was scripted, how did the judge know the plaintiffs’ wouldn’t accept the default judgement? Either the plaintiffs’ attorneys are not what they appear or email accts are being hacked, phones are being tapped, etc…It would have been risky to offer the default judgement without knowing how the plaintiffs would respond.

            • No. Her witnesses are everyday people, I think one might be a private detective. How can you prove someone who is just a citizen or business owner an expert? The woman who ran the social, I believe just ran it through E-Verify. Will check to see if she is a business woman, because she had to have access to the system, or knew someone who did. The expert witness was the one who said the BC was fake. I don’t remember his credentials.

              • I am a small business owner and use E-verify routinely. I also ran obama’s SS# and it came back as “Failed”. I guess the judge is stating that the government’s e-verify program is not relevant.

                I personally believe the fix was in from the beginning. Remember this judge was appointed by a deomocrat governor. He wanted the attorneys to accept a default judgment as then no evidence would be introduced. Much to his chagrin the attorneys did not bite and were able to enter evidence into the record. This leaves these cases open for appeal to higher courts.

    • I’m sure I read in a article somewhere that it took 3 years and trips all over the US for the attorney that brought the case for the plantiffs to get a court to hear it. The courts always said it couldn’t be heard due to her/their lack of “standing”. And then Georgia gave the OK. Maybe the BO crew decided to do it this way so as to get rid of this pesky gal who wouldn’t take no for a answer.

      • Margie, i too believe it was a setup and not a good one at that, i am wondering now if any of the six other states are going to be set ups and there still is the option of the secretary of state taking action even though the ruling was negative, at least on obama not showing up at the hearing¿?

  4. Every one of them in my state has a bio. Something else…The TN Secretary of State appointed the latest judge, Dewayne Bunch. It doesn’t say who appointed the others. Does the SoS appoint all of these judges? Kemp has only been in office since 2010. I wonder who appointed Malihi?

    • also look into the birth certificut of the judge and where he was born, aslo it the information is correct he was appointed a judge one year out of law school! and another thing isnt Conn, the state where Oboma got his SS number?

      • Well, do you know anything about name origins? My next plan is to find the origin of the name Malihi and Molihi. Its been said elsewhere that the surname is middle eastern. I have found people with that last name from yes, Iran, and Israel so far.

I am in the process of looking at a number of thing including but not limited to: If this judge is from Iran, it would be interesting to find out how Obama’s recent announcement to strike Iran if they don’t modify their nuke program has anything to do with this. Does Malihi have family in Iran? That sort of thing… :)

            • Yea, about that e-mail thing…not that the world doesn’t have it anyway (FB) – not sure that I should post it here…??? Suggestions?? About the Iran issue. First tracing back to his father is the first thing to do. I did a pretty extensive search on naturalization/immigration records and found nothing. So, there could be at a minimum 3 options – 1. entered illegally (wouldn’t that be a kick) OR 2. under a variation of the name (most likely) OR 3. arrived between 1930-1940 (not a lot of info easily accessible for those years). If I can just verify his father, most likely I can go back pretty far!! I understand your issue with Iran – although there could be yet another connection to “the king”…see where I am going with this?? I will get back to work now….

    and thought the same as you (the writer of the initial post) evidently did– that all of the things associated with him living for any amount of time in CT and the list of names that are “related” to him, sound very suspicious or onnerus, to say the least…..and the fact that every other judge in Georgia has a rather extensive Bio and Malihi has ABSOLUTELY NONE , leads me to think that he would rather not have anyone know anything about him and the big question is WHY???

    • My gut tells me, and probably yours too, we know the answer why. He has got to be another Obama firewall. I am hopeful that with as many people who are now researching the facts behind Malihi, his ruling, and his possible connection to Obama, we will find the answers we seek. I have a bad feeling the news is not going to be good. If what we suspect is true, the storm to follow will be worse than hellfire and brimstone.

      • What about looking into obamas master, soros, to see if the judge has any kind of connection to him? Soros has his hands in ALOT of organizations. That might be a way to prove a connection to obama, too

  9. How was it that Malihi ended up being the judge to hear this particular case, and who assigned this case to this judge? Were these cases, to oust Obama from the ballot, intentionally assigned to this judge? Is Malihi a “plant”, sent here like Obama, by the Muslim Brotherhood?

  13. All of this is not surprising that the “evil ones” would place a muslim judge to again squash any dealings in a court of law. The “evil ones” planted a seed of hope for us folks that possibly, just possibly, there might be a person of character and a noble and honest judge who would find the answers. Then they dashed everything, as part of the plan to again destroy any evidence.
    Strange that this judge has no bio?????…………..I think not. It is all part of the plan. However, everyone should definitely watch the video suggested by Loretta if you really want to be depressed.

Are they afraid they might “offend” someone, as the libs. use as an excuse to condone everything offensive in our country? That’s why our country has gone down the tubes and we’re traveling fast.   16. He was born Aug. 6, 1959. He was in Boston, Mass. in 1988, Atlanta, Ga. in 93, Dunwoody, Ga. in 94 &95, and then in Atlanta from 96 through 2002. Malie was born in 1948. Malie and Mehdi were in Alpharetta, Ga.

      • NO, intangiblesoul, I didn’t find where he was born. I really didn’t spend much time on it so it is possible that may be found with more searching. I found it on a genealogy program.

    • My research agrees with some of this. I found Michael M. Malihi in Alpharetta, GA for the past 13 years in a 900 sq ft condo. Aug, 1959 birth date confirmed. He is shown living with Malie, age unknown.

      He is shown with an Atlanta address on Hidden Ridge Ln for two years, living with Lia, age unknown.

      There is a phone niumber listed for both properties and it is the same for both. I suspect Malie and Lia are the same person, probably his wife.

      There is another property, a condominium on Pharr Ct, that is associated with the same telephone number. The occupancy of that condo is shown as Michael and parents. No names or ages of the parents were listed. Michael’s name has been associated with that property for 12 years. The latest info says one person in the household. I’ll see if there is any obit info from the area, as one of the parents may have passed on in the last few years.

      I’ll let you know if i find anything more.

        • I’m thinking sister after a little more research. I found her living in the same locations as you show, and also at an address in Alpharetta near Michael Malihi’ address.

          • I haven’t been to identify an actual “wife” for him..?? Odd. I believe that I have brothers/uncles/aunt ??/father…If his father is who I believe – then he would be Iranian…

          • In the Wong Kim Ark case it was held that Mr. Wong was a citizen, not a natural born citizen.

            Additionally, the administrative court should look to its own jurisdiction and superior jurisdiction, ie Georgia and the US Supreme Court.

              Once I started researching Malihi, I backed into the Greenbergs through Weiss aka Tchetchik. I found links to Mossad-front companies on the facebook pages of some of these individuals as well as CIA/psyop/MSM connections. I am betting this is part and parcel of the ongoing ‘stealth takeover’ of the US and while I do not doubt Islam is a threat, I am of the opinion that they at this time are being set up as scapegoats in order to further yet another war.

              The Greenberg clan is a big part of the CIA psyops used to manipulate public opinion that leads to more restrictive (read anti-Constitutional) laws and they tend to put “fake” individuals into scenes and situations to manipulate reality at will. They had a hand in 9/11, as well as most of the ‘events’ in recent US history that led to changes in law. As well, they engage in insurance fraud, racketeering, and there is quite a connection between this group and special effects, film work, actors, costuming, and more. Arizona and Florida are two of the staging grounds for their nation-wide antics.

I found quite a few last named Malihis in the US, and one in particular caught my attention since he is in KY. Baruch B. Malihi, age 45, currently in Radcliff, KY; previous residences: Alexandria, VA; Richmond Hill, GA; Lorton, VA; Ft. Stewart, GA; Ft. Meade; Fairbanks, AK. A name associated with him at all addresses was: Eva Kristina Calero. A search on her name revealed: http://www.stormingmedia.us/authors/calero_eva_k_.html, which appears to be a Pentagon site. She apparently is a scientific researcher and author. Another site with several reports she co-authored is: en.scientificcommons.org/eva_k_calero, with reports mentioning Kenya and Uganda. Maybe she is a legitimate govt. employee???? Curious that the above addresses are all near military complexes.

    Hope someone can make heads or tails of this and help answer some questions regarding who Judge Malihi really is. Something really stinks about his ruling.

  36. The question remains, who got to him or was his mind already made up before the hearing. His ruling is NOT written in his usual style and the Ankeny case he cited was provided by someone. Who, we may never know but FOGBOW and or Perkins Cole are the prime candidates.

    Another thing to consider. A good friend of mine was in Knoxville last week, at the request of the FBI (just got this confirmation from him). He was interviewed (if you can call it that) about a semi related case concerning Lt. Cmdr Walter Fitzpatrick and when the subject came up about the ballot challenge in GA the Agent said “what are you guys trying to do, start a Civil War”.

    There’s a lot going on in the background we mere citizens are not allowed to know but if you think this is just about O’Bummer, you would be very wrong.

    2. Potential loss of matching or straight out Welfare Dollars

One name that stood out was Ann Malihi McWhorter, CT, an attorney, who is also licensed in GA, and who endorsed/supported a Democrat in CA in 2004, so I’m guessing Judge Malihi is possibly related, and probably also a Dem.

      • At this point I would have to disagree with you and say, give him a chance. He says his report will be out by the end of February. I just received the email about the proceedings of this meeting last night, although had known it was going to occur. I called our local Sheriff here in KY. We are a small county and the deputy did not know anything about it and stated I would need to speak with the Sheriff, who was not in. She also said they are a part of a statewide group and it’s possible the state sent a representative to this convention. I kind of laughed, as our Sec. of State, AG and governor are deeply in the pockets of the Dems.

  48. Taitz published personal information about me and several other people on her site, told everyone we were all the same person, an 0bama-supporter, using sock accts because I am a Ron Paul-supporter.

      • I’m not sure because I don’t visit her site anymore. I still support her, but get my updates on her cases through the post&email. I have nothing but respect for the Jewish community, but this is a common denominator with all of their sites. You either toe the line or go away. I saw a person blocked from BarenakedIslam because he was a Ron Paul-supporter, so I stopped visiting that site. It seems to me that anyone interested in preserving our freedoms should be supporting Ron Paul, but Jewish people are only concerned with preserving Jewish elitism in the USA. That is why they support RINOs like Gingrich, Santorum and Romney.

        • That’s a real shame. Well, you can support Ron Paul here all you want. You may find many that will disagree but there is no way in hell I would pull crap like that. If Paul gets the Republican nomination I will vote for him without giving it a second thought. Anyone who wants Obama out of office needs to do the same thing, even if the candidate is not Paul. Once the nomination is made, we need to stick together no matter how hard it may be to do so.
